BP Retail Complex for Sale
A BP retail complex featuring a number of other high profile national tenants at Grafton in northern NSW is being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial.
The complex at 1-3 Spring Street and 5 Iolanthe Street, South Grafton, is being offered for sale via Expressions of Interest by Kelly Zeckovic of Ray White Commercial Robina.
Kelly Zeckovic said the approximately 7,000 sqm BP anchored site is a recently completed development and its major tenants have long term leases.
“The complex is returning net rental income of approximately $801,950 per annum, making it an outstanding investment opportunity,” she said.
“The high profile tenants are all on long term leases with options. They include Red Rooster, Driven to Espresso, BCF, Anytime Fitness and Bridgestone Australia. The complex is on two titles available individually or combined.”
Kelly Zeckovic said the complex services a strong regional area in the Clarence Valley.
“The site is zoned ‘Business Development’ and the property offers excellent depreciation advantages,” she said.
The historic city of Grafton is located on the Clarence River approximately 630km north of Sydney and 340km south of Brisbane.
Expressions of Interest for the BP retail complex close at 5pm (AEST) on Tuesday, May 31, 2016.
