Estate Investment Properties Feature at Gold Coast Combined Auction
A portfolio of tenanted investment properties from a deceased estate will be among the offerings when Ray White holds its first combined commercial property auction of 2015 on the Gold Coast later this month.
The three properties at 16 and 18 Ashmore Road, Bundall, and 92 George Street, Beenleigh, are being marketed by Kelly Zeckovic of Ray White Commercial Robina and are returning combined annual income of approximately $378,000.
Kelly Zeckovic said 16 Ashmore Rd, Bundall, is a freehold commercial building on a 506 sqm block that is leased by a professional services company in a 340 sqm tenancy.
“The property is returning net income of approximately $101,000 per annum with the current tenant on a five year lease with options,” she said.
Kelly Zeckovic said 18 Ashmore Rd, Bundall, is also a freehold commercial building on a 506 sqm block with a professional tenant on a five year lease with options paying rent of approximately $104,000 per annum.
She said 92 George St, Beenleigh, is a substantial building in a commercial hub in the ever expanding growth corridor linking the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Ray White Commercial Robina CEO Scott Burgess said an order of sale of about 25 properties was expected for the first combined Ray White Gold Coast auction of 2015.

The auction will be held from 11am (AEST) on Thursday, February 26, 2015, at the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Broadbeach.
